Welcome to spring! We look forward to stretching and growing in 2025 and are off to a great start.
The entire Client Services department is undertaking a Quality Improvement training program generously hosted by Jewish Healthcare Foundation.
We are learning to observe processes with precision and implement strategies for problem-solving.
We also hosted our first listening session for aging clients living with HIV in December.
From that session, we gleaned valuable information about the concerns and needs of our aging clients. In response, we have:
- Opened our pantry to walk-in clients on Sundays
- Started working with other agencies in the Ryan White Collaborative to broaden access to support groups, and create meaningful intersectional spaces
- Begun preparing a workshop on government housing that will be open to all clients
